stress management in order to do well in life. Stress is often a effect of interrupted triggers from your emotional
response. If you feel like your body is filled by tension then stress is the cause of the predicament.
Now we can look positive stress by screening an incident. If you feel pressured or frightened,
you are not going to be dealing with anger correctly, your stress level will get higher. When you are stressed, it
is time and again difficult to get by your life and deal by your problems. Negative stress may last for a few days,
weeks, or even months.
