What Makes Me Angry
We all asked this question at some point in our lifetime. The most excellent way to answer is to
ask the person to reach deep in their own mind and search for the answers. Stay still and quiet as you can and
ask... why am I angry? what makes me angry? what are my anger buttons? what words or situations set off my anger
buttons? what are my triggers? what is it that sets me off? what makes me hot headed? Spend sometime asking
yourself questions and try to find some solutions and ways to stop you reacting so quickly.
Having full control of your life is virtually impossible, since we all have bosses.
We may go to school and someone is bullying us, or else intimidating us emotionally. We may work
and feel that the job is just not happening, and wish we had a better position in life. We may live with our family
and at times, someone gets about our nerves. We all have rules to follow and this frequently discourages people
when they see certain rules are ridiculous. This causes anger for some of us, since we may have endured a life with
a controlling person, or parent.
Controlling your anger means controlling your life also. You will find a lot of solutions that
can bring relief to your life. If you have children and they are getting on your nerves, you might want to run to
the library and take out a book about credit repair. You may also want to write down your feelings, emotions, and
thoughts and sort through the details each time you finish.
If you have a hard time exercising, try to start out slow and work your way up to a good
schedule. Once your healthy you will notice a difference in your attitude, which is a primarily function of the
anger. If you have severe nervousness attacks you may want to exercise and go about a healthy diet to build your
bodys cells, tissues, insulin, and so on. Since nervousness and depression according to scientist, play a large
role in anger we can look at a few ideas to see if any may work for you.
However, the road to destruction has rocky roads ahead that will not only anger you, but others
that you affected by your anger. Either way you are going to feel anger, since the road to success has many bumpy
areas. Either we can take the path to destruction or we can wonder off down the road to success. What matters is
